Yes. All Feral Witch’s Grove products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight differences in color, scent strength, shape, crystal appearance, and botanical placement may happen.

These variations are part of the handmade nature of each item.

Ritual candles are candles created around a specific theme or intention, such as protection, love, prosperity, calm, healing, or moon magic.

They can be used for intention setting, meditation, spiritual practice, altar work, self-care, or home ambiance.

Small candles are a smaller ritual option containing approximately 3 oz of wax and are great for trying a scent or using in a shorter ritual.

Large candles are larger containing approximately 6 oz of wax and include a crystal depending on the product listing. Please check each listing for exact details.

No. Crystals are only included in select products, usually large ritual candles, and only when stated in the listing.

Wax melts, bath bombs, and bath crumbles also do not include crystals.

Wax melts are scented wax pieces used in an approved wax warmer. They do not have a wick and are not burned like a candle.

Do not add water to wax melts.

Bath crumbles are loose bath product pieces that can be added to bath water. Some bath crumbles may include a tea bag for botanicals to help keep herbs contained and reduce loose plant material in the tub.

Lucky crystal scoops are mystery-style scoops filled with a random mix of crystals, chips, charms, decorative pieces, and lucky finds.

Each scoop is unique. Crystal colors, sizes, shapes, and contents will vary.

Prices of the scoops will vary depending on the total value within the bucket the scoops is being taken from!

Crystal scoops are random unless the listing says otherwise. You may leave a note with preferences, but requests are not guaranteed.

No. Bath bombs, bath crumbles, botanicals, crystals, and decorative pieces are not edible.

Some bath products contain mica, colorants, botanicals, charcoal, or oils that may leave temporary residue. Rinse the tub after use.

Use caution with damaged, porous, older, or freshly refinished tubs, as they may be more likely to stain.

Did a product of our stain your tub? Please contact us so we can help problem solve removing it and make note to edit our formulas! Just because it doesn’t stain our tester tub, does not mean it won’t stain every tub!

Yes. Oils, clays, mica, and other ingredients may make the tub slippery. Use caution when entering and exiting the bath.

Candles, wax melts, essential oils, botanicals, and crystals should be kept away from pets.

Never leave candles or wax warmers unattended, and keep products out of reach of animals.

Yes. Feral Witch’s Grove products are made in a pet-friendly home. Every effort is made to keep products clean, protected, and free from pet hair or household debris.

Because items are handmade in a home environment, a stray pet hair may rarely occur despite careful handling and packaging.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, restocks, holidays, or special launches.

I make every effort to get products ready to be shipped within 24 hours from the placement of your order. However, I am a 1 woman show (I can only get my teenagers to help so much) so delays may happen.

If there will be a more than 3 business day delay for your product to be shipped, I will reach out via customer provided contact information!

You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped, if tracking is available.

Make your subject line includes your order # and the word “Urgent” so that I can process it right away.

Changes should be made within 24 hours if at all possible. Once an order has been taken to the shipping facility, I cannot change it.

Feral Witch’s Grove is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Please check your porch, mailbox, building, delivery area, household members, and neighbors first. Then contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Feral Witch’s Grove is not responsible for stolen packages after carrier-confirmed delivery, but you can email us if you still need help.

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are limited due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used bath products, candles, wax melts, crystal scoops, custom items, sale items, or clearance items.

Exceptions will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Cancellations may only be accepted before an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be offered for damaged, incorrect, or missing items when reported within the required timeframe.
