Processing Times

All Feral Witch’s Grove products are handmade, packed, and shipped with care.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, restocks, holidays, or special launches. Current processing times will be shown on the website or product listing when applicable.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Feral Witch’s Grove is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on package size, weight, destination, and shipping options available at checkout.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  2. Ask household members or neighbors.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for stolen packages after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Damaged Orders

Incorrect or Missing Items

Returns

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products, returns are limited.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed for buyer’s remorse, scent preference, color variation, crystal variation, or natural handmade differences.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be limited due to product availability and the handmade nature of our items.

If an exchange is approved, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition unless the exchange is due to damage or an incorrect item.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Feral Witch’s Grove.

Cancellations

Cancellations may only be accepted before an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Handmade Product Variations
