1. About Feral Witch’s Grove

Feral Witch’s Grove offers handmade ritual-inspired self-care products, including candles, wax melts, bath bombs, bath crumbles, crystal scoops, and related items.

Our products are created with intention, but they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or replace professional medical, spiritual, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

2. Handmade Product Notice

All products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations may occur in:

These natural variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not make an item defective.

3. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and as directed.

Candles

Always burn candles within sight. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, shelves, loose herbs, paper, and anything flammable. Place candles on a stable, heat-safe surface. Do not burn for more than the recommended time listed on the product label. Stop use when the remaining wax reaches the safety limit listed on the product.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission notes that candles may require cautionary labeling when hazardous substance rules apply, and candle safety standards address fire risks such as wicks, labeling, glass containers, and burn behavior.

Wax Melts

Use wax melts only in approved wax warmers. Do not add water. Do not leave warmers unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

Bath Bombs and Bath Crumbles

Bath products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Use caution when entering or exiting the tub, as oils, butters, clays, mica, botanicals, or other ingredients may make surfaces slippery.

Do not use bath products if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient.

Crystals and Botanicals

Crystals, herbs, botanicals, charms, and decorative items are not edible. Keep small items away from children and pets, as they may pose a choking hazard.

Payment is due at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

10. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Processing times, shipping times, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
